Policy

1. No refunds will be given.
2. If you're not satisfied, please let us know before you leave the facility or contact us within FIVE (5) day so you can have your services corrected FREE of charge.
3. All prices are subject to change.
4. We reserve the right to refuse serviæ to anyone.
5. All appointments will be canceled after 10-minute late.
6. CHANGES policy: Any nail length/shape/design/ color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Unfortunately, once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choices.
7. Lastly, long nails are not guaranteed. The customer is responsible for paying for any breakage, cracking, or opening after the service.
